- Provide accurate account information and keep it updated

- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase
- Free tier available with usage limitations
- Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of billing period
- You retain all rights to your original code and documentation
- DocubotAI retains rights to our platform and AI technology
- Generated documentation belongs to you
- We may use anonymized data to improve our services
- Respect for open source licenses and third-party rights
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
- Service limitations may apply during high usage periods
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
- DocubotAI is provided 'as is' without warranties
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- You use the service at your own risk
- We recommend backing up important documentation
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your billing period. Free tier access may be terminated immediately.
Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DocubotAI is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
